Perfect for families or couples! Great location, 3 minute drive to Hin Kong beach (famous for its epic sunsets!), with plenty of relaxed bars and restaurants to choose from. And only an 8 minute drive into Tong Sala town centre, for all your shopping essentials. The house is big and spacious with very comfortable beds and sofas, stunning views of the lake and mountains directly in front of you. Also a huge garden with swing and trampoline, and two huge balconies to relax on. The house will have everything you need for your stay including all necessary kitchen appliances (including x2 air fryers, separate oven, fridge freezer, microwave), smart TV and washing machine. You also get access to the swimming pool next door whenever you like, which belongs to a bungalow resort. The house features the following: - 3 double bedrooms (all with king sized mattresses). One of the rooms has its own big en-suite, with walk-in shower. Note that one of the bedrooms is a loft bed / office conversion (with stairs leading up to the bed) so not appropriate for very young children to access it safely. Mattress could be taken downstairs however, if required. Safe and comfortable steps to enter and exit the bed. - Separate communal bathroom with bath and shower. - 2 huge balconies with sofa, bean bags, chairs and tables - Dining room table - Open plan kitchen and living room with a large comfortable L shaped sofa - 60 inch Smart TV - A/C in living room and in all 3 bedrooms - Washing machine - Wardrobe space in all 3 bedrooms - Two office desks (in two of the bedrooms) - Free WiFi - All towels and bed linen are provided If required: - High chair - Baby bassinet - Baby cot (suitable up to 3 years old) - Play pen for baby (plus ball pit) Kindly note we are situated on the second floor of the house. There is a lovely family who also rent downstairs. But still plenty of privacy, and peaceful. There are no direct neighbours either. Monthly price: 80,000 baht Weekly clean included in the price. Electric and water is not included in the rental price. This will be charged additionally according to your usage. Electric is 6 baht per unit.
