1 Bed 1 Bath - House

I'm subletting my 1 bedroom house and Honda Click 125cc for 2 months, from July 15th to September 15th, located in Wok Tum, a nice, quiet and private area (NO building constructions and no parties around). Wok Tum is in a central area of the island, you can drive anywhere in a short time: 5 Min to Thong Sala; 10 Min to Srithanu; 20 Min to Chalocklum. I'd like to find someone who can take care of my house while I'll be away during this period. 💧Water included; ⚡ Electricity included; 🛜 Fast wi-fi included (Ethernet cable available). I don't have a kitchen stove since I don’t cook, and I don't use a bed, I have a hard mattress and a softer one in case the first one is too hard.
