For immediate monthly rent, one bedroom in a shared house (5BR, one office) within walking distance to Thongsala (1 min). The house has been recently completely and modernly renovated. The room comes with a large monitor, standing desk, and chair. The house has a big shared kitchen, a large dining table ideal for coworking, and two big living rooms with smart TVs. Besides having 1GBit up/down fiber, you will enjoy cleaning by our staff who also take care of the laundry. We are 3-4 entrepreneurs and remote workers and enjoy easy-going companions on a monthly rent. The longer you want to stay, the higher we place you in our selection process :-). You can come and see the space yourself. The price does not include utility costs which will be shared at cost, usually in the range of 2-3k per month, depending on how many people we are.
