Plus a deposit of 30,000 tbh. After that you can sign a direct contract with the Lanlord on your own conditions if you feel like to stay longer. I am looking for someone who can take it for the whole period, as I am gonna leave the island. Also i can consider 2-3 months staying. Because of abundance of fish in this pond this area has mush less mosquitos compared to most of the other areas on this island. I even can say “no mosquitos”, but it not true - you can find a few during mosquito time 😃 Big dogs are not allowed. Only cats or very small dogs can be considered by the landlord.
