Spacious terrace (~50 m2) with outdoor bar and kitchen. Mosquito nets on all windows. Quite uphill, no car parking. But you can drive up with the scooter and then walk the stairs. The house has no AC, but a fan indoor and one outdoor. Because of the height and the jungle surrounding it is usually quit cool up here. (We are both from Eastern Europe, so if it's OK for us, it will be OK for you) Sometimes a dog comes by. You don't have to feed her or do anything. She is very quiet, friendly and cute.
