For immediate monthly rent: one bedroom in a shared house (5 bedrooms, one office) within a 1-minute walk to Thongsala. The house has been recently completely and modernly renovated. The room includes a large monitor, standing desk, and chair. The house features a large shared kitchen, a large dining table ideal for coworking, and two large living rooms with smart TVs. In addition to having 1GBit up/down fiber internet, you will benefit from cleaning and laundry services provided by our staff. We are 3-4 entrepreneurs and remote workers looking for easy-going companions for monthly rent. The longer you wish to stay, the higher your chances of being selected :-). You are welcome to view the space in person. The price does not include utility costs, which will be shared at cost, usually ranging from 2-3k per month, depending on the number of residents.
