This is the best place to slow down and have an incredible, unforgettable vacation for you and your family. This villa is perfect for a family or a couple! For a family - it's a dream vacation place! Perfect resort to be with your kids, let them run around freely, riding bicycles, scooters, swinging, jumping into the private pool or the big communal pool, swimming in the sea, and more! For a couple - it's a quiet, peaceful area, you will find the beach to be mostly for yourself! The house has 3 bedrooms, a spacious yard with a private pool and a sala with a large table. It is fully furnished with a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, and air conditioning in every room as well as the main living area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious shower. The kids' room has two full-size beds and plenty of toys and games for kids to enjoy. The office room has a desk for work, and we can add a mattress if needed. The resort offers a large main pool, a spacious deck for relaxing, and plenty of open space to run around. It's a 5-minute walk from Malibu beach, and amazing restaurants and grocery shopping. Fee for a month is 132,000 (This is what we pay per month).
